In the partner model, 1º Direito charges the first rent when the rental closes and the partner consultant/sourcer receives 50% of that amount after contract and first-rent confirmation.

It works like a real-estate partnership: when the partner property is rented by 1º Direito, we charge the first rent and pay 50% of that first rent to the partner consultant/sourcer after contract and payment validation.
Recorded attribution
The contact is associated with the referral source for operational follow-up and later validation.
