No. We offer video visits for those still abroad. We can then arrange an in-person visit once you arrive in Portugal.

Do the prices shown include everything?

The price shown is the monthly rent. The estimated monthly cost includes an estimate of building fees and basic utilities. All values are subject to confirmation with the landlord.

Do you work with foreigners without a rental history in Portugal?

Yes, that is exactly who we are here for. We help prepare your application clearly, even without a Portuguese credit history, and we advise on alternatives to a guarantor.

Is there a commission for the tenant?
